Experience- This module really kicked me out of my comfort
zone and experience new ways of design methods, from creating your
own product logo to making a usable font. I enjoyed each process
from the assignments if I did not procrastinate as much.
Observation- This module is much more exciting and
intriguing than Typography as the assignments are fun to produce.
Plus, I always thought typography assignments were just going to be
typing words and aligning/justifying them to make the page look nice
and appealing, however, the assignments are quite open-themed,
preventing us from limiting our creativity to just text formatting
and typing some words.
Findings- This module taught me how precision is required to
produce a good design for typography. Each letter has to be
consistent to look appealing. But overall, I really liked how the
assignments given were open-themed, allowing us to do what we wanted
as long as it meets the main criteria of each assignment.
